I am not sure if Derevi is a good commander or if I should switch to Rafiq of the Many (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Rafiq+of+the+Many) or Jenara, Asura of War (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Jenara%2C+Asura+of+War).

Rafiq would prolly be a better general. I'd also consider adding Daxos, he can be a major pain for people to deal with if he has double strike.
