You will want to get your creatures out as soon as you can as they will allow you to use your non-creature spells to their fullest. In your arsenal are many control spells Flame Slash (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Flame+Slash) can quikly remove opposing creatures and Deflecting Palm (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Deflecting+Palm) can stop massive amounts of damage, dealing it to your opponent, and if you have the right cards, killing them. Ajani Vengeant (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Ajani+Vengeant) can pin down their attackers and decimate (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Decimate) their lands. His -2 will act just like a lightning helix (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Lightning+Helix) in case you need a little more life.
