Seems like you would want more ramp that puts lands on the battlefield each turn so you got full benefit from your creatures whose power or toughness is based on how many forests you have on the battlefield.

Rampant Growth (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Rampant+Growth), Explore (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Explore), Search for Tomorrow (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Search+for+Tomorrow), Sylvan Scrying (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Sylvan+Scrying), etc..

Into the North (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Into+the+North) works if run snow lands. Cultivate (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Cultivate) & Kodoma's Reach both put a land on the battlefield as well as one in your hand for the next land drop. Creature wise Borderland Ranger (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Borderland+Ranger) & Sakura-Tribe Elder (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Sakura-Tribe+Elder) both help ramp quite a bit.

Also- seems like Ulvenwald Hydra (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Ulvenwald-Hydra) would be a natural for this deck unless there's something I'm missing.
