Liked because deck looks cool, then un-liked because trophy mage (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Trophy+Mage) has no target.

There, now Trophy Mage (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Trophy+Mage) has a valid target, one which is actually also useful by giving +1/+1 counters when wizards enter the battlefield

I think your deck doesn't works good, because you play many cards with high manacost. I would play 22 lands, maybe you can reduce some other stuff. I would cut Storm Sculptor (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=de&card=Storm+Sculptor) and Tempest Caller (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=de&card=Tempest+Caller). I would cut one Search for Azcanta (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=de&card=Search+for+Azcanta) too, because it's legendary and you finish with a 60 card deck :-P

Thanks for your advice [RickSanchez]. However, doing that would unfortunately defeat (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Defeat) the purpose of the deck, which is a focus on mono-blue wizards. However if I make a hybrid UR-wizard deck, I might take your suggestions into consideration for building it. I appreciate you giving me advice though :)

Looks better, but i would really play 22 - 24 lands.
