I think you should remove Monastery Swiftspear (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Monastery+Swiftspear) for this deck. You aren't playing enough cheap 1 drop noncreature spells. The reason why burn use Swiftspear is because they are running Bolt, Chain Lightning (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Chain+Lightning), Rift Bolt (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Rift+Bolt), Searing Blaze (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Searing+Blaze) and Lava Spike (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Lava+Spike). In that case, the creature can become a 4/5 in turn 3
