Hey,

what about Price of Fame (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=de&card=Price+of+Fame) in stead of Impale (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=de&card=Impale)? if you target a legendary creature its 2 mana cheaper and even if not, the surveil 2 could help you digging through your deck.

Bueno seguro que se puede mejorar pero con este mazo relativamente sencillo e llegado a la categoría de platino 1
