I like the changes. I think vigilance (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Vigilance) is a good ability to have in multiplayer. We might revisit Senate Courier (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Senate+Courier) again.
