Title: Issue Preordering War of the Spark Cards

Hello Everyone!

I am trying to preorder myself a Nicol Bolas (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Nicol+Bolas), Dragon-God for my lovely Bolas Tribal deck that I had to make. I've preordered Bolas's Citadel (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Bolas%27s+Citadel), but Nicol Bolas (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Nicol+Bolas) simply isn't on TCGPlayer to preorder. Does anyone know why?

The new nicol bolas (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Nicol+Bolas) hasnt been officially spoiled by wotc yet (only an unofficial leak). After they actually spoil him he should be on tcg soon after
