if you can give this deck a power ranking from 1-10 in your opinion

This deck is lacking in interaction and I do not see any infinite combos (which is a perfectly fine thing) or powerful "I win the game if nobody answers this". I would rank it at 5 at most as focused based on command zone power scale. You are running a lot of board wipes in a deck that is focused on having a board state of legendary humans which may not work in your favor. I suggest running more one sided board wipes and more spot removals instead of wiping entire board if your wanting this deck to get more powerful.

Please break your Deck into sections to make it easier to read.
Since I don't see a lot of boardwipes, I believe you took the advice Jedimasterben gave you, so his rating should probably be revised.
