Interesting work
Veteran Swordsmith (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=it&card=Veteran+Swordsmith) is good only with soldiers. you should use only soldiers
for this reason I suggesto  2x of Gather the Townsfolk (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=it&card=Gather+the+Townsfolk)
you can leave Hunted Witness (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=it&card=Hunted+Witness) as doomed blocking creature
Consider (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=it&card=Consider) to increase cards for mass boost
i'm not sure that Daru Stinger (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=it&card=Daru+Stinger) is worth in this deck as it can be played when you will not have much soldiers in hand

perhaps you can fit also some cycling lands

I have put 2x of Gather the Townsfolk (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Gather+the+Townsfolk)
I have put one more of Hunted Witness (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Hunted+Witness)
I have put 4 cycling lands
I remove Daru Stinger (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Daru+Stinger)
