Hi, you need to fix your mana source distribution. 58% of your spells are blue, but only 50% of yo0ur lands produce blue mana. Remove (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Remove) one or two forest (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Forest) and add that number of islands. plasm Capture (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Plasm+Capture) is better than Mindstatic (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Mindstatic).

are there any other cards that may benefit my deck and krasis incubation (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Krasis+Incubation)??

Both counters are not good, the best t2 counters are:
Dissipate (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=de&card=Dissipate)
Negate (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=de&card=Negate)
Dispel (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=de&card=Dispel)
Rewind (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=de&card=Rewind)
Syncopate (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=de&card=Syncopate)
Essence Scatter (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=de&card=Essence+Scatter)

Choose some of these counter spells, Dispel (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=de&card=Dispel) and Essence Scatter (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=de&card=Essence+Scatter) are perfect in the SB

maybe throw in some dualies lands so you can have an easy sore of  both mana you need.

Which plainswalker would be better in this deck?

Garrukwildspeaker?
Or
Jace?

Would an AEtherling (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=%C3%86therling) be benefical as well ?
