Nightveil Specter (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=de&card=Nightveil+Specter): You may play cards exiled this way, but you still have to pay them. Taking away toys is great, but being able to play them could be a problem. I would not pick that one for that reason.

All in all, it's a nice mono black deck. Looks good!

That's right, maybe Dismember (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Dismember) is a good choice, but I'd use Nightveil Specter (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Nightveil+Specter) in another deck for the same reason as you say,

The spells in it I use them to as I say "plow the road".
Couple cards in it you may consider like Urge to Feed (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Urge+to+Feed), Hex (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Hex), Murder (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Murder), Feast of Blood (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Feast+of+Blood) and Blade of the Bloodchief (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Blade+of+the+Bloodchief).
You may also want to consider Crypt Ghast (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Crypt+Ghast) for its ramp and extort

It might only get rid of one card instead of two, but it gives you say over what they are discarding. Hymn to Tourach (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Hymn+to+Tourach) also works very well in decks like this one. I like your deck. It's a good old-fashioned black vampire beatdown with the some fun twists.

Turn One- Duress (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Duress) "Show me your hand" Turn Two- Extirpate (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Extirpate) "Let Me See your Library" Late game if you get the haunting echoes (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Haunting+Echoes) off more than once it will make their deck feel naked.
