FYI The Bygone Bishop (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Bygone+Bishop) effect won't interact with the Panharmonicon (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Panharmonicon) because it's "cast" not "enters". This looks like a ton of fun!

It also won't interact with the Aetherflux Resirvoir effect either. Also you can cut down on the pieces by using two of one, or one of each, of Felidar Guardian (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Felidar+Guardian) and Wispweaver Angel (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Wispweaver+Angel). One enters, targets the other, re-enters, targets the other, and so on forever. With a Panharmonicon (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Panharmonicon) out you could also grab infinite clues off Thraben inspector (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Thraben+Inspector) or, if one of the creatures used is Felidar Guardian (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Felidar+Guardian), you could bounce all your lands to untap them, getting you infinite mana.

looks great. maybe take out a bygone bishop (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Bygone+Bishop) since it doesn't interact with panharmonicon (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Panharmonicon), and then take out a thraben inspector (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Thraben+Inspector), add the two felidar sovereign (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Felidar+Sovereign). electrostatic pummeled seems nice to double its power but requires too many energy counters to work, maybe remove it. consulate surveillance (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Consulate+Surveillance) looks nice.
