You need less graveyard dump cards. 16 is way too many. You also need a way to return cards you mill to your hand or be able to draw them, other than Tasigur. Maybe a Noxious Revival (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Noxious+Revival)?

well grapple with the past (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Grapple+with+the+Past) lets you bring back creatures or lands, so I think noxious revival (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Noxious+Revival) is probably unnecessary.

Not sure why you'd waste $90 on delve when u can play dredge

This is a fun budget deck, I wouldn't play this. It just seems like a fun deck to take to an fnm, plus with all the fatal pushes and lightning bolts running around, playing a bunch of big delve dudes seems great.

if you could make a decent dredge deck for $90 then go ahead and play it. I just think this deck would be pretty fun to play.
