I would add an altar of dementia (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Altar+of+Dementia), and some kind of dredge creature, just in case someone use a foglike effect or a boardwipe when you cast your primal surge (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Primal+Surge).
