you should add nightmarket lookout. it works well with the vehicles

I would also cut 4 swamp (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=de&card=Swamp) and addieren aus card draw engine. I prefer Ruin Raider (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=de&card=Ruin+Raider) because you draw a card (Almost) every turn.
If the life loss is too mich you can also play glint (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=de&card=Glint) sleeph siphoner but ist a little more unreliable
