Just looking at ur mana base I can tell this wouldn't do well in competitive EDH. And you're focused too much on life gain, Oloro is a stax commander. That's the only thing he does well. Here's my Oloro deck for ideas

I'm very surprised Oloro is used as a stax commander, I feel he is a better combo/instant win commander

I could see taking the combo's and add more stax effect's & draw/tutor to smooth draws, any thoughts?

Stax still wins with combo. He supports stax because you gain life just for running him. Pure (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Pure) combo decks have commanders that are part of the combo or directly support it, which Oloro does not do
