Title: [Modern] W/B vampires

W/B vampires (https://deckstats.net/decks/133984/1320666-w-b-vampires?revision=0)

A vampire deck that I'm experimenting with. I'm wondering if I should cut vampire nocturnus (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Vampire+Nocturnus) for more one drop vampires to abuse cordial vampire (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Cordial+Vampire) more. Should aether vial (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=AEther+Vial) also be in this deck to help bring more vampires out? All advice and input would be helpful.

What about putting aether vile in? Otherwise nice setup.

I have considered aether vile i just don't know what to take out of the deck. I'm kind of bad at just looking at a deck and saying yep this is the worst card.
