Updated the deck so it actually has some win conditions, rather than just herp-durdling and stopping other people from playing stuff. I should probably take out the xathrid necromancer (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Xathrid+Necromancer), but I kinda like the human/zombie theme.
Let me know if there are any obvious upgrades I'm missing...

The decks seems fine. There are a couple strange choices like Lazotep Reaver (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Lazotep+Reaver), and the land base could be cleaned up a little, but other then that this deck should perform well.
What are the win-conditions?

Yeah I was planning to replace lazotep reaver (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Lazotep+Reaver) with phyrexian delver (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Phyrexian+Delver).
Win conditions are anything that go infinite with ashnods altar and nim deathmantle (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Nim+Deathmantle) for infinite etb and ltb triggers. Geralf's messenger (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Geralf%27s+Messenger), cathodion (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Cathodion), lazotep reaver (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Lazotep+Reaver), phyrexian delver (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Phyrexian+Delver) (once it's in) will do that. Gravecrawler (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Gravecrawler) and pitiless plunderer (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Pitiless+Plunderer) go infinite together and just need something like blood artist (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Blood+Artist) around with a sac outlet. I can also get a fair bit of Mana with this deck so a big exsanguinate (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Exsanguinate) or finale of devastation (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Finale+of+Devastation) can end games too.
