Title: Removing all overrides from a deck

Is there a way to select all the cards in a deck and remove all the "override" commands (https://deckstats.net/forum/index.php/topic,54267.0.html) all at once?

Unfortunately not - but maybe you could download the deck list, remove the overrides in a text editor with search/replace and then upload it again?
