Title: Izzet Competitive, Though? The Locust God - Crapper of Locusts

Is it strong enough to be competitive? Which cards should I trim? Which should I include?

I'm no C/EDH expert, but The Locust God (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=The+Locust+God) is known as a wheels deck. You'd need cards like Phyrexian altar (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Phyrexian+Altar), underworld breach (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Underworld+Breach), timetwister (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Timetwister), echo of eons (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Echo+of+Eons), and wheel of fortune (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Wheel+of+Fortune) to turn this into a C/EDH deck. There are budget decks, but wheels does not usually fall into that category.

These are fairly good suggestions if you have $2000+ to spend. Do not take getting into C/EDH high card prices lightly.

I should point out that the intro to cEDH topic is a little outdated and I haven't been updating it. Most of the core advice is still good though.
