1. What's the Abrupt Decay (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Abrupt+Decay) for?
2. Why only 1 copy of each card? There's no flow to the deck at all
3. There doesn't seem to be a strategy to it
4. Your mana average is really high
5. Too many high drops
All in all, this deck just looks pretty bad

Your deck needs a bit more field control. Guttersnipe (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Guttersnipe) will help you a lot with an Izzet deck. What you want are things like Shock (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Shock) and Turn//Burn. Electrolyze (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Electrolyze) is a good one too. You'll want Goblin Electromancer (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Goblin+Electromancer) too, to reduce the costs. Ultimately, if you use Guttersnipe (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Guttersnipe)'s ability to kill your opponent, and use things like Chandra's Fury (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Chandra%27s+Fury) to boost that up, you'll be fine. Because your deck will mostly be running Instants/Sorceries then, stuff like Cancel (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Cancel) and Dissolve (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Dissolve) will be necessary to keep your opponent's field clean. They'll also activate Guttersnipe (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Guttersnipe). Chandra's Phoenix (http://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?lng=en&card=Chandra%27s+Phoenix) is also a pretty good card for in Izzet decks.
