Elvish Rejuvenator, looks like a good way to get more ramp, however I would probably play 2 and put 2 shimmer of possibility in the deck. Shimmer could get you a card you need in a certain situations.

blink of an eye is more a tempo card. I would take those out for 2 more shocks. Put 4 copies of lightning strike and move lava coil to sideboard.

It's a cool concept. You may want go 4 demotions over ajani's welcome or 2 charges. If you can't attack through your opponent's creatures the deck falls apart. Also, charge would be good to protect against goblin chainwhirler board wipe.

I had a wizards deck very similar to this with flame of keld. An issue I had was drawing too many spells and not enough wizards to make adelize effective.  I ended up going with 24 wizards 14 spells and the deck played better. The new jump start cards might be good to add too.
