Added quick copy and combat effects to maximize 3rd and 4th damage.   Added Runaway Steam Kim and Lava Coil to sideboard if needed additional 3 to 6 mana for  5th or 6th turn kill and additional creature damage.   Added League Guildmage to maybe board to add 4 - 6 times instant sorcery effects from mages and jump start.
