i like this deck. First I would add Sol Ring and Command Tower. Commander staples, they go in every deck.

Personally, there's a couple of mill cards in there I would take out. They don't do enough to effect the multiplayer format unless you want to focus 100% on milling out your opponents. I would cut Curse of the Bloody Tome, Mind Sculpt, Dream Twist and Jace, Memory Adept. Also, enchantment removal is more common in a multiplayer format, so Delusions of Mediocrity seems like a disappointing way to die later in the game when you are low on life and someone just removes the enchantment.

In place of those cards I would take advantage of green and add instant and sorcery ramp cards. Green does this better than any other color. Stuff you could copy with your commander, doublecast or reverberate. I would add kodama's reach, farseek, and cultivate. Good ramp cards, good no matter when you draw them, and gives you more mana to cast bigger spells faster. Beast Within would also be good. It's probably the best removal card in green and you would be able to copy it and remove multiple threats at once. And it works on permanents, not just creatures, so you can remove lands, enchantments, planeswalkers, whatever is causing problems. if you don't wanna use green, then I would make Mizzix of the Izmagnus the commander and take Riku out. But if you do that, you'll probably wanna cut most of your creatures, artifacts and enchantments, and make the deck most if not all lands, sorcery and instant.

I think this is a good deck for Thousand-Year Storm and Ral, Storm Conduit. They will do damage in a spell heavy deck, especially if you have a Guttersnipe on the battlefield.

Cut Jace's Phantasm and Moonveil Dragon to make room.
