Looks like fun! Here's some stuff I'd recommend, some more budget than others:

Angelic Accord, Congregate (f your playgroup doesn't hate it) and Luminarch Ascension just to keep riffing on the life gain. You're also running a fair number of enchantments, so Sigil of the Empty Throne might be fun and Sphere of Safety might work as a budget pseudo-second-copy of Propaganda. Soul's Attendant is a second copy of Soul Warden if you want one.

Obligatory mention of Felidar Sovereign. On the subject of cats, if you can protect him long enough, Ajani, Caller of the Pride could result in a hilarious board state. And if you have tokens running around, Vault of the Archangel can be handy.

Crypt Ghast could accelerate you into a big Exsanguinate or Debt to the Deathless.

You're right that they form a loop. If you have both out and can cause either to trigger, then they'll continue to trigger each other until all your opponents are dead.  To stop it, someone would have to remove one of the enchantments at instant speed, or otherwise stop you from gaining life/your opponent from losing it (Skullcrack for example).
