My Veyran Storm deck is 116 cards, What would you remove?

The goal of the deck is to win by damage dealt by permanents for casting spells or by veyran itself looking for 21 commander damage.
I also have some sideboard cards that might be in the main deck.
What would you remove?
Lets assume I cant buy more cards at the moment, so the goal is to get the most competitive 100 deck between those 116 + 31
