Deck Reviews / [Legacy] Mill

Hi!
I'm trying to build a mill that would actually mill the opponent's library in less than 6-7 moves.
This deck surely mills in less than 9-10 and with a little of luck - 7-8.
My mtg experience isn't great. I'm a newbie still
So I dunno, what should i change.

That's why I'm asking for your help!
Advice needed on how to improve this deck. Fast mill with a control element.

Dunno now.
Found Trepanation Blade, Traumatize, 3x Jace's Phantasm and and Mind Funeral.
What should I kick from the deck? Probably Ostracize and Duress?
1 or 2 Mnemonic Walls?

Probably I've made a mistake adding "aggressive" tag.

As for the Mind Rot, I might consider replacing it with Duress and/or Ostracize, as it gives me great advantage of knowing opponent's hand and discarding powerful cards.

I am searching where to get 3 Jace's Phantasm right now. If I get 'em, I put 'em.
