Might want to consider restructuring landbase to include Unclaimed Territory.  You're running all vampires, should help with being able to ensure you can cast Gifted Aetherborn on turn 2 if needed.

Staff of the Flame Magus is not legal in standard, if that's what you're shooting for.  https://scryfall.com/card/m15/233

There's always Cartouche of Zeal

Perhaps Jade Guardian? Great target for River Heralds' Boon

If you really had to, could Fragmentize your own Hedron

Also Choked Estuary and Port Town seem to be a waste with so few basic lands in your deck.  Rework mana base perhaps?

Secret Salvage seems key.  Since you're all in on the alignment, would it be worth including Diabolic Tutor?  There's also Behold the Beyond.

May want to consider Servant of the Conduit instead of Loam LarvaLoam Larva is kind of slow since it moves the land to the top of your deck so you draw it next turn.  Even better, Longtusk Cub.  The energy coming in from Attune with Aether synergies with it.

Instead of the Evolving Wilds, perhaps 4 Shambling Vent instead.

Hmm...I think Fumigate may be a nice card in case the board gets out of control.

Umm...how do you plan on exiling a Hedron? Isolation zone only works on opponent's cards.  You should run angelic purge.

How difficult would relic seeker be to trigger renown? Perhaps drop them, and just replace with Kytheon, Hero of Akros.  Should be easy to flip in this deck. There may be merit in including 2 copies of Gryff's BoonAlways Watching would be solid.  Last but not least Open the Armory solves tutoring for equipment.

Might be worth considering  a couple of Open the Armory.

I agree, also opted for Gryff's Boon .  Get some evasion, and you can grab it again from the graveyard, could be clutch.

I guess my point w/ Oath of Jace (since I'm assuming ideally you'd run just 2 copies) is that since you're discarding two cards and drawing three, a greater chance of seeing what you need, and a better chance of putting into your graveyard a greater variety of cards for the same mana cost.  If you happen to hit the second Oath of Jace, that puts an enchantment into your graveyard replacing the first, or, you could use the second copy as an enchantment discard to enable delirium quicker.
