Looks like a nice budget deck, but does discarding another Korlash even work?
I don't see a way to copy him or something like that.

I honestly think if you'd put creatures in with "when this creature dies..." this deck would be even better since you are making use of your commanders second ability.

I really like the deck idea and also your deck building rule! Sadly I don't see a way of hasting your creatures without red, but maybe I can help with throwing some card ideas at your direction

+ Bubbling Cauldron 0,05€ LIFEGAIN
+ Bontu's Monument 1,20€ LIFEGAIN
+ Court of Ambition 1€ KILL FASTER

There are more enchantments with *opponent loses 1 life, you gain 1 life*, I don't know if this would be enough to survive a little longer.
This seems to me like the perfect villain deck, where everybody gangs up against you! It's fun to be the bad guy

I don't see the point of including Satoru Umewaza when everybody is already a Ninja.
Just because of the card draw? Meh...
