Oh, and check out Elusive Tormentor if you wanna keep a semi-madness theme. Once it flips with Odric, Lunarch Marshal out all your creatures are hexproof, indestructible.

Couple cards to throw in the maybeboard depending on where you want to go with the deck (and keeping it on a budget):
Ob Nixilis, Reignited - helps give you control of the game at the top of your curve if you can't finish someone off fast enough.
Anguished Unmaking - removal that will hit planeswalkers or whatever. Your lifelink makes the lost life negligible.
Shambling Vent - purely better than Forsaken Sanctuary. If activated pre-combat he benefits from Odric, Lunarch Marshal.
Blessed Alliance - you're reliant on blowing people away in combat. Seems good to have a combat trick as opposed to a sorcery speed Collective Effort, but I might be wrong on this one.

As for your sideboard here are some thoughts (again, budget constraints):
Fragmentize - anti-artifact that can hit vehicles, Aetherflux Reservoir, Dynavolt Tower, etc.
Harsh Scrutiny - helps get rid of Felidar Guardian, Verdurous Gearhulk, Torrential Gearhulk.
Kambal, Consul of Allocation - Helps against control matchup. If you stick him then he punishes counterspells. Forces other decktype to burn a removal spell on him.
Authority of the Consuls - I know you have 2 already, but I don't know how else to stop CopyCat combo. This at least slows it down a turn.

1-drop change?:
I don't know about vampire cutthroat. Half your deck already has lifelink so he doesn't help Odric, Lunarch Marshal spread extra love. Your creatures get huge so who cares about skulk? Thraben Inspector has an extra toughness and creates a clue token in case you need to draw some cards. Topplegeist could pass flying which is better than skulk and wouldn't be a useless card if the game goes late. You could use it to tap a creature and punch through or if you have delirium he could be useful every turn. I don't think it's actually a good idea, but I'd love to lend you 4x Bomat Courier and 4x Inspiring Vantage (for red mana to use the ability when needed) so you can test out Odric, Lunarch Marshal giving all your creatures haste.

Glad we got this working in playtesting. After looking at everything that might fit I came up with some changes for the cards that didn't seem to work out.

Lands (1 less land overall since the curve has gone to the lower end)
-4 Meandering River
+3 Evolving Wilds (this is to get a land into the graveyard for Topplegeist's delerium)
-3 Plains (my changes have lessened the need for white mana)
+1 Island
+2 Skyline Cascade

Spells
-2 Choking Restraints (never seemed to have a use when all creatures are constantly being tapped)
+1 Eerie Interlude (for obvious reasons)
-4 Expose Evil (Rush of Ice will work better and has Awaken for late game)
+3 Long Road Home (gives all these garbage stats creatures some extra beef)
+4 Rush of Ice (replacing Expose Evil)

Creatures
-2 Fiend Binder (constantly got targeted with removal and never used its ability, plus displacing it did nothing)
+1 Niblis of Frost
+1 Stitched Mangler (didn't think this would work, but he completely locked down my aggro in multiple games)
-1 Subjugator Angel (never saw play as a finisher, but I still like the beefier body)
