Blusterbutts i already thought about that card but this insertion could do a problem. Let me explain how i thought and build this deck: i searched for mny months cards in magiccards.info with some skills for finding a lot of combinations and tricks that improve the enginee of this deck. I started to work about this deck after the ban of Twin, because the ban of twin means also the almost useless of Torpor Orb and that could be one of the few cards that break totally the game. So, in my search, i found that cards, and a good point was to introduce the Thorn of amethist and the Magus of the moon. Why don't you play the card you suggest? Simple, this deck has to maximize the creature's quantity. The main deck has 10 no creature spells and that are so many, if i put off two creature for using two of that cards then there is a high risk i can't find creature so easy because the deck don't draw so much. Why Magus instead Blood moon? Because it's a creature and you can play it instant with Aether Vial, a good response to scapeshift, blood moon instant. However i already won some tournaments i did normally in Italy or in germany where i live and the deck never did his work wrong. If i didn't win i was always in top, only one time in the upper mittle. The deck is strong but hard to play because with a small waste with a bad play and you could lose.
