Good plan - spellstutter sprite is very bounceable, hence pairing her with ninjas. Also faerie imposter?

I'd say it's a good idea. Dunno how often you run into planeswalkers in your meta, but vampire hexmage takes them down. If budget isn't too much of a consideration, bloodghast and vampire nocturnus are both excellent, the former being particularly strong with blood artist and a sac outlet.

I'm not meaning to sound rude here, but at the moment this is a pile of cards rather than a deck. I'd suggest limiting the deck size to 60, have most of those cards costing between 1-4 mana and stick to one, maybe two colours for now. Try to pick cards that work together - elves are a good example of tribal synergy, for example. What other cards do you own at the moment?

Mono black makes a lot of sense.
Auntie's snitch isn't unblockable, but the recursion often means card disadvantage for them when they block it.

I know what you mean. Maybe spell pierce, remand and sower of temptations? Vendilion clique and vedalken shackles are options, but then so is a gold Rolls Royce.
Hate to say it, but I don't think Oona belongs here. Shove in a ninja or two?

Fair point re decay. Other creatures I'd maybe consider would be experiment one and skylasher but I wouldn't know what to cut.

No worries. Inkfathom infiltrator and Auntie's snitch are also worth a look.
There's another angle on this kind of deck: if you've got Oona's prowler out, any creature that you control with a +1/+1 counter on it will trigger discard, eg Rakdos Cackler, Stormblood Berserker. A red splash could be interesting here.

Firstly, kudos on picking such a great tribe. Secondly, how do I autocard on this forum?
I'd ditch all the equipment except for one or maybe two cloak and daggers. Get some removal in there - disfigure and dismember are both good here.
Beware of overextending into boardwipes; include targeted discard to pluck that wrath of god from their hand. Duress is both cheap and good, thoughtseize is usually better but costs the earth.
Finally, find room for more one-drops. Nightshade stinger fits the bill.
Finally finally, get noggin whack in there. Also look at a couple of earwig squad. Hope this helps.
