Might be fun to throw in spiteful sliver and mass damage cards like bonfire of the damned and Savage twister Instead of/in addition to your boardwipes. Sure you could wipe away their field, but why not wipe away their whole existence instead? With hivelord your slivers are indestructible, so target your own field with 'each creature takes x' effects. Even as little as X=5 can be fatal with a big enough board state!
