I find all these very memetic idea totally awesome. the only thing that stop me from building is that you actually need to buy 60+ versions of the same card

I really like the concept of the deck. Depending on how many 5+ mana cost spells you play every game, I believe you may add Kalemne to help Kelsien to raise experience counter (an to have another big beater).

It seems a really fun deck. I just suggest you to cut "Risk Hazard" and "Browbeat", since this kind of opponent choice card, especially in commander, tend to never give you the optimal outcome
