Is the vigilant imperious oligarch necessary?

2 mana for 1 token - Garrison cat or Doomed traveller might be more efficient as they're both 1 mana. DT having the same token

Removed a lot of high mana value cards and added extra mutate targets with card draw. Scute swarm interaction with mutate means that go wide is another string to the decks bow. Advice needed on mana base and cuts to make the deck lower to the ground
