Sorry m8 but in this case you are incorrect. Proliferate will trigger allowing 2 uses of the saga.

714.2b “{rN}—[Effect]” means “When one or more lore counters are put onto this Saga, if the number of lore counters on it was less than N and became at least N, [effect].”

Your mana curve is way too top heavy. You need less high mana cards and more ramp. Try to find ramp that will fit in your curve so maybe some 2 drop artifacts. I also believe you need more draw and single target removal. The idea for the deck seems fun you just don't want to be stuck with no answers or not enough mana or no cards to play. Being drawn into the desire to play all the stuff we love sometimes leads to not getting to actually play those cards. You want your support to come out early to setup your engine then have low cost answers which white has an abundance of.  I am happy to send you some specific cards that might help if you let me know your general budget so I don't suggest stuff you won't buy. Good luck once you get your angels flying it should be alot of fun.

If you aren't stuck on your commander choice you might look t running Atraxa instead. You lose a color but gain so much value out of the proliferate mechanic in regards to saga's. Having a saga activate twice in one turn is very good.

I would go with either Golos, Tireless Pilgrim, or Jodah, Archmage Eternal. This way you can just play some awesome monster smack down.

Necropotence for the win. It's your birthday and this a fun card that when it hits it always makes a splash. This is a game winner in your black decks or in most decks. the card is valuable and you don't see a ton of them so its got that cool factor. It's the card you buy when you just want something fun maybe you could buy other more staple oriented cards but this is definitely the type of card you buy for your birthday. Happy birthday
