So I've been thinking about dropping Codex Shredder in favour for an Arcane Signet, the deck can struggle with getting the correct mana it needs sometimes, also the potentially to have early ramp really helps. Thoughts have also been made for swapping out Liquimetal Torque for the new Encroaching Mycosynth from Phyrexia: All Will Be One as this works amazingly with my Commander as I'm able to bring back everything with the ETB. This also removes the need for Codex Shredder's ability to bring back a card in general. Still more cards to be revealed though, so we'll have to see what the future holds.

Might I be able to make a request for Sardian Avenger, you're probably looking to kill a lot of people who use artifacts to ramp with it :)

So a few changes to the deck, Shimmer Myr has been swapped out for Liberator, Urza's Battlethopter, as previously stated it's just a better upgrade.

Null Brooch has been swapped out for Portal to Phyrexia, as good as Null Brooch can be with the fact it can discard my hand for me to reanimate them, it feels way too difficult to constantly keep it up. Portal to Phyrexia is expensive, but it can now return my Disciple of the Vault for me to attempt to combo again. Plus removing three of my opponents creatures is too big of an upside to pass down.

Milikin has been swapped out for Slagstone Refinery, as nice as Milikin is for generating a bit of mana and milling myself a card when needs be, it feels very underwhelming, I'm sad to lose the extra mana it makes though but I feel that Slagstone Refinery is going to create more mana in the long run. Especially with the benefit of being able to sacrifice the artifacts for mana, or use them for affinity, among other things.

Yet to order a Smelting Vat (hoping to get a foil one honestly), but thoughts to be had about what to replace, it'll take a bit of time to figure it out but I'll ask around to see what people suggest as well.

So with the release of the new Brother's War set on the horizon, comes a few new potentially useful cards. Now it's just figuring out which ones are gonna fit in the deck well.

A few ideas have come to mind.

Liberator, Urza's Battlethopter is gonna be a sure-fire replacememt for Shimmer Myr, downside is that its got less power, but it does everything Shimmer Myr does and more.

Portal to Phyrexia is looking like an amazingly good card for controlling the board, wiping out three creatures from each opponent and then getting a pick of which ones to bring back. A bit pricey to cast, but honestly, shouldn't be casting it.

Slagstone Refinery is a great combo with Sharuum and a clone, making infinite tapped Powerstones, the mana is limited as you can only cast artifact spells and activate abilities with it, but as it works with affinity I can overlook the downside. It makes Tezzeret, Master of the Bridge a wincon, and Time Sieve will give infinite turns at this point.

Smelting Vat from the Commander Precons is looking to be pretty good, even sacrificing a token has a chance of hitting artifact lands, so a bit of pseudo ramp, and it allows my to sacrifice my clone artifacts to set up a combo win if I've had to use them earlier on to ramp/survive.

So far, this is everything that I've found that I'm looking forward to, now it's just figuring out what to take out to replace the cards with.

Cephalid Coliseum has arrived and I've swapped out an Island for it, the Threshold requirements should honestly be pretty easy to hit so I should be able to activate the ability pretty early on. Unfortunately there's no way to recur lands in the deck so I'm not able to get multiple uses out of it. I have debated running a Crucible of Worlds for this reason, but at the same time it feels wildly unnecessary for such an off chance ability. Also the fact that I don't run many lands that sacrifice themselves doesn't help either.

Hoping Brother's War will bring some new artifact staples, fingers crossed for a new Disciple of the Vault-esqe card that is an artifact. I know there's one in the Universes Beyond Warhammer Commander Precon, but I'm not a fan of them.

Swapped out a Swamp for a Phyrexian Tower, very much on the fence about it as its reducing a guaranteed black mana for colourless with the chance of having two black mana, but I feel that the ability to sacrifice my own creatures to bring them out again with my commander is just too good to pass up.

Swapped a Plains out for City of Brass, only reason I took out a Plains instead of an Island was for the reason the deck has considerably more blue mana pips, and I wanted to be able to hit that consistantly. Currently there are 4 white mana pips in the deck in total and I have around 14 ways to generate white mana, it should be alright in the long run.

I've bought a Cephalid Coliseum and will swap out an Island for it when it arrives, the deck suffers from draw and this does amazing for filtering my hand, as well as putting things into the graveyard.

Only concern is the damage I'll be taking from my lands now, as I've no way to counteract it except with a Staff of Dominaton. A Scrapyard might be something to consider in the future if it becomes too difficult to maintain my life.

I've bought a Treasure Vault for the deck, just deciding which land to remove, I could remove a basic, but at the same time I struggle getting my coloured mana.
First off, the land gives me something to do with the infinite colourless this deck can make by converting it all to treasures, so I don't have to worry about casting anything in the deck.
Secondly, it increases my affinity in the deck a whole lot, allowing for a kill off Tezzeret, Master of the Bridge, gaining infinite life and infinite damage.
Thirdly, it's an artifact itself, so I can use Sharuum to bring it back if needed.

Awaiting arrival of a Mystic Forge to put into the deck, I removed the Skyclave Relic in replace of it, the coloured mana from it is nice but I rarely cast it for the kicker cost and Sharuum can't return it kicked either.

I'm hoping the Forge is going to make my draws a bit more consistent, as well as technically making my hand one card bigger. Also the card works with over half of my deck.

There are some thoughts for Bolas's Citadel but the only issue is the {B}{B}{B} in the mana cost, realistically I should be cheating it out from my graveyard most of the time, but I can't deny the cost in a three colour deck that relys on casting colourless artifacts most of the time. Also, the deck has issues with gaining life so that's definitely a downside.

Would I be able to suggest a Distant Melody since the majority of the deck is Advisors?

I swapped out Brainstone for a Sensei's Divining Top to try and sort out the draw, as nice as Brainstorm is for sacrificing itself to draw essentially 1 card, SDT feels flat better with the consistent ability to rearrange the top 3 cards of my library.

I've thought about running Mystic Forge to gain infinite draw with an Artifact cost reducer, but this would require some thought about what to take out. I'll be testing the deck with SDT first to see how well it performs in its own and debate whether or not Mystic Forge is worth the time.

Karn, Scion of Urza removed because he barely does anything besides the bottom ability, the plus is fine but people will just give you what you don’t need.

Mask of Griselbrand was good draw but inconsistent, especially with the equip cost being so high.

Myr Retriever is the commander but worse, there are better cards.

Ugin, the Ineffable is also good, but too expensive to play, the removal is nice as this deck struggles with getting rid of non-land permanents, but I built it to not be removal heavy.

Organic Extinction boardwipes faster than Nevirryal's Disk and the improvise is just the cherry on top.

Steel Hellkite is great removal, plus paying the X as 0 just clears tokens as this deck struggles with agro.

Tezzeret the Seeker, there is no reason that I wasn't running it before, the tutor is just amazing as it can get basically half my deck when it enters, not to mention that it can get my artifact lands for free to ramp, worth it in my book. Plus is amazing for the extra mana, and for the Nev's Disk if needs be. Big minus I think is meh, but can probably be lethal when used at the right time.
