Artifact wannabe win

My first artifact creature deck,

I was thinking of combining the mono blue ton style of play and having an artifact twist.

My strategy for the early game:

A Vault skirge, Darksteel Citadel, memnite or signal pest into an Ensoul artifact for pressure

Midgame:

A Palladium myr into Myr superion with master of Ethrium for buff

Late game:

 Treasure mage with a Mirror works or a mindslaver into a wurmcoil engine with Shimmer Myr on the field

Well my idea for this deck was to combine the three colors from Narset, Enlightened Master and Dig Through Time to bring out spells that directly hurt or hindered my opponent.

Hello guys this is my first deck I have ever made I am VERY new to the game. I just picked it up literally a week ago while digging up a whole ton of vintage cards that my father had purchased (majority of the cards were as old as I was [20 years onward]). And I want to get in the game right away first by casual play and hopefully competitions and so on. I have been doing research and watching tutorials but for now I just want to know how this deck could be improved, preferably on a budget. I am already committed to spending a majority of my money on camera equipment which runs a significant amount of my paycheck so nothing too crazy.

I basically bought 6 booster packs and then built on top of that.
