Do you have a budget, playstyle (more control or more aggro?), or format you want to be playing in (modern, legacy, etc)?
Here's a few suggestions just from what I'm seeing.
The first thing that pops out is your mana curve. With a control deck you will want to have cards that can be played early on that either will answer your opponents plays, or provide you with better card selection.
Looking at what you have right now, you have a few 2 drops that act as counterspells, but a majority of what you'll be playing on your second turn seems to require that you already have a creature out, meaning there's a high chance you won't be able to do much Turn 2. and with the only 1 CMC spell you have being slip through space, you won't be able to anything but play a land turn 1.
So my initial suggestion for spells would be to use more counter spells, bounce spells, card selection, and removal spells between cmc 1-4. Some suggestions below:
1 CMC: Vapor Snag, Unsummon, Ponder, Brainstorm, Preordain, Serum Visions
2 CMC: Mana Leak, Anticipate, Think Twice, Rune Snag, Nullify, Counterspell, Journey to Nowhere, pacifism
3 CMC: Oblivion Ring, Detention Sphere
4 CMC: Wrath of God, Supreme Verdict, Day of Judgement
A typical control deck looks to use spot removal/counter/bounce/board wipes/card selection spells to keep the opponent off their gameplan, then finish with a large, high value creature. I'd suggest looking into something like Frost Titan or Aetherling to start.
* A decent number of lower value cards you could get for free off pucatrade (mana leak, oblivion ring, frost titan, aetherling, anticipate, unsummon)
