Unfortunately Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx doesn't match with the low budget restriction, cause it costs > 7Euro for each card - but thanks for your advice =)

I think it is hard to find something that can replace Priest of Titania. Other good mana producing elves are banned in modern,too.
