I agree with Grimjack, Drew Tucker's work is excellent. That said art is subjective, you very might believe this is a collection of awful art, or just a funny collection and not being completely serious about the statement. I like the concept of it, and find it humorous.

I have a couple of cards that grab from the graveyard, giving flashback or sending to the hand, though I guess more of that wouldn't hurt.
I don't really know whats a particular distraction, Battle of Wits is a win condition, but I don't want to rely on it.
Can you give me some examples of Mana fixing I could use? That kind of particular thing, I've had the hardest time to find.

Sure modern I'm at a disadvantage, but it's more like a challenge to make a deck around it.

You signature is a good quote for this deck. "Interactions and originality are preferable to winning, though winning doesn't hurt."
It's not intended to be just win, its more to be fun to play.

A couple time when uploading a deck, I just do it to see if it's legal in a certain format.
This works, however, it fails to give me information on why it's not legal for that format.
In most cases a banned card.
I wish it highlighted or listed the cards that are making it not legal for the particular format.

The idea of this deck was to drag out the game for Battle of Wits, using MindMoil to cycle through the deck,
however having over two hundread cards gives you potential for so much more.
In light of that fact, I wanted to do what Blue cards do best Mill, and Red cards do best Burn.

I'm looking for:
Better draw potential / Decent starting hand
More burning/milling meathods
Better Mana Curv
Synergy
Overall Feedback

Some Combos:
Jace Erasure + Enter Infinte
Traumatize + Psychic Spiral
Temporal Trespass/Temporal Mastery/Time Warp + Izzet Guildmage/Twincast/Reverberate
Guttersnipe + Epic Experiment + Grapeshot

Way to high of cards, with little amounts of mana ramp.

Yeah, mana is a bit of a problem.
