Hey dude, in my opinion you need some early-game creatures or ramp. As I can see, you are only playing lands till T4.  Imagine you start the game with 2x cloudshift in your opening hand and absolutly no target for it till T5.

Angrath's Rampage is a nice card, but I think 3 is to much. I would go like -2 Rampage, +2 Assassins Trophy

This is pretty close to my first jund build^^ seems fun, but my experience was, that the advocate is too slow. Try skinshifter. No tarmogoyf, but pretty decent.

Your sideboard really depends on your meta, but here are some ideas:
Ancient Grudge: Against artifact
Damping sphere: tron, storm
Beast within: against big stuff like eldrazi
Destructive revelery: artifacts
Pyroclasm/ anger of the gods: aggro, grave-decks

The cascade abillity won't trigger again, because it ís a cast-trigger, not a EtB-trigger. You are not casting it again with ghostly flicker.

It's a little bit weird, that the deck is named by the flavour text of dark confident and then there is no confi on board:D never  mind - I love black, I love Commander so I also love this deck.

You could Upgrade this Deck with some Cards from the newer Sets.
E.g. : Hour of devastation, torment of hailfire, manafix like Gem of Becoming and especially kick of the bolas creature and switch to the God Pharaoh!
I tried to Build a only-bolas  Deck as well but ended up playing Good Stuff Cards like baleful strix. Otherwise the Flavour is great but playing with it is not that great^^
