@Douceur: Swapped out 7 cards to put in place more things that would draw cards & life gain/drain, removing a few cards that never saw much use and some small removal spells.

Added in:

Chalice of Life (More Life Gain/Drain)
Damnable Pact (Card Draw)
Guiltfeeder (Major Late-Game Life Drain)
Necropotence (Turn Life Into Card Draw)
Sangromancer (More Life Gain/Drain)
Underworld Connections (Turn Life Into Card Draw)
Vona's Hunger (Board Removal -> Triggers Creature Death/Sac Bonuses)

And took out:
Aegis Angel (Frequent Removal Target, Didn't protect things well)
Basilisk Collar (Didn't add much to the deck)
Celestial Flare (Redundant Removal)
Fragmentize (Redundant Removal
Kingpin's Pet (Extort wasn't used frequently)
Reckless Imp (Didn't add much to the deck)
Typhoid Rats (Didn't add much to the deck)
