Griselbrand should definitely not be unbanned, it draws up to 35 cards in commander, that's a little ridiculous.

Generally yes, but giving your opponent a 2/2 flier is really counterproductive in a deck full of weenies

You should add Notorious Throng.

Also Swan song gives them a blocker that will kill one of your fliers.
