Sounds interesting! How good is it performing so far? Some of these cards I never played, so its hard to estimate how good they are on the battlefield.
Goblins is my favorite tribal and I play them ever since I started playing magic (a looong time ago). So I'm always happy to see other Goblin decks.

Just for my curiosity: Did you consider the following cards for your deck?
Fanatical Firebrand (in my eyes better than the Arconist as you can decide to sacrifce, maybe even better than the Loyalist)
Wily Goblin (Treasure token for "Mana Ramp")
Conspicious Snoop (Cardadvantage, You know what you'll draw next turn -> better game plan)
Goblin Warchief (gives haste and makes all following Goblins cheaper, would be by preferation over Reckless Bushwhacker)
Goblin Grenade (would be my choice instead of Reckless Impulse, if you go for Conspicious Snoop, too)
Mutavault (I would just add one or two copies instead of Ramunap Ruins)
Fable of the Mirror-Breaker (just crazy how good this card is)
