You should know that your deck isn't really for modern. You play Goblin warchief, and this is not legal in Modern but in legacy.

Hello.

I wonder why you have not include in your deck the mini lords comming from Khans of Tarkir such as abzan falconer or ainok bond-kin. They could improve your bolster mechanic. I think you should not include the sheep for life. It has no much sens since you want to make stronger your creatures with bolster, and it already have toughness equal to 5.

You should start by considering the option I have proposed.
