Hi Guys!

This is my current standard deck. Trying to make it "Perfect." I need feedback about this deck so that I can change a few things.

and after standard rotates, im going to make this modern, so any changes to the cards?

General Magic / Obscuring Æther = Free morph?

Obscuring Æther
Card Text:
Face-down creature spells you cast cost 1 less to cast.
1 + Green: Turn Obscuring Æther face down. (It becomes a 2/2 creature.)

So I have a question about this card from Dragons of Tarkir. Does this mean that if I have three of these, I can just place cards face-down? Or does it only work for the cost so that you can flip it?

Try Hard Standard

I've tried my best to make a midrange and using only two colors. Can someone help me make this better?
PS: I'm trying to make this deck below $40.
