I build a lot of decks on deckstats. I use it to write down brews. I honestly think this deck is tier 2 or 2.5 at best. However, I think the infect matchup is good because you have access to path (this list should prolly play four), and the combo makes all their attackers irrelevant. It's good at beating burn with the combo as well, given it's a life gain engine. I think it's biggest problem in existing is G/B/x (especially jund) because of abrupt decay, maelstrom pulse, and K command. It also can't beat tron as you mentioned. Overall, I think it's better to play pure control if you want a control deck, and linear hyper-aggressive strategies or other combos if you want to combo kill. However, if you play esper or UWR control, note that you have already conceded to burn.

Have you thought about Nykthos? It's a good engine for decks like this. Also I feel like banefire would be better than aspect if you do go with Nykthos.

Play seismic assault over the infestation. It's slightly less vulnerable. Also play a set instead of just two. 8 spells is more consistent than 6.

play standard scry lands. Temple of plenty or temple of silence work for mana fixing with no downside over New Benalia. Otherwise solid deck. Try Collected Company for a little more consistency.

As a player who has been playing for more than 2/3 of my life, I would go ahead and say to try to get multiple copies of the cards you play. 1 Jace's ingenuity just isn't good enough. In addition, I would advise against playing cards like Inkwell Leviathan or Simic Sky Swallower unless you have lots of mana dorks. That is, cards like Elvish Mystic, Sylvan Caryatid, or Opaline Unicorn. I recommend about 8-10 for your deck. Also, 30 land is a bit excessive in a 60 card deck (always try to stay near 60 BTW.) try like 24. Cut cards like Ancient Carp or Shaman of Spring, which don't do very much for four or five mana. These are the best pieces of deckbuilding advice that I can give to a new player.
