Deck Reviews / [Legacy] B/W under $75 Extort Deck

So I made this deck for a tournament at my school but the rules are that the deck has to be under $75 and the legacy ban list is implemented. Is there anything that you guys could suggest to keep the cost down but to also make it more powerful?

So, Some peer review would be nice but i also don't know what to add to the side board to make it 15 cards.

This is the second Rakdos deck that i have constructed but the first one was casual so it wasn't good at all. I'm also hoping that this deck will be good for competitive.

Any feedback will be nice  ;D
